Titanic

The Titanic is based on a true story about a so called "unsinkable" boat called the Titanic that actually ended up hitting a giant ice burg and siking and killing A LOT of people back in 1912 but the movie was made during the 90's and was a very popular and succesful movie. When i was little we had the movie on VHS and it was devided up into 2 different tapes and i only liked the first tape because it was all a love story and all the nice parts of the movie and i refused to watch the second tape cause it was when the boat hit the ice burg and when people started dying. The story is based arround 2 characters Rose and Jack who end up fa;;ing in love and when the boat sank jack and Rose were layig on a piece of wood and jock actually ended up dying from how cold the water was and rose was saved and her necklace was found years later at the bottom of the sea where the titanic is. Deffiently one of the best movies ever made!!!

Finding Nemo

#13 best movie

Finding Nemo is a cartoon but seems to be loved by all ages, it's a story about a fish named nemo who gets caught by some under sea divers and gets taken away from home, so his father marlin goes for the search of his sonon the way he meets many other sea creatures like dori the fish with short term memory loss and every so often forgets where she is, who she's with, why she's there, the sea turtle named Crush, the three non fish eating sharks and many more. Mean while Nemo is in a dental office with a bunch of other fish who try to help him escape atleast 2 or 3 times till they actually succeed at doing so, while marlin and dori return back to the reef ginving up on trying to find him then then find him and go back home and live a normal fish life. It's a great movie that people of all ages love to watch.

The Shining

#12 best movie

The Shining is a movie that was made back in the 1980's, and its probably one of the most well known horror films of all time.. The movie is about a family who goes and looks after an old hotel for the whole winter season, while they're there they start seeing scary and wierd things, and the dad himself starts loosing his mind and tries killing his family chasing them through the hotel, in the maze outside of the hotel, and also while this is all going on they're is also a huge snow storm in effect and no one can come help them nor can they even call the police or anything. There is a very famous line in this movie and its when the mother and the child are hiding in the room, and the dad is axing a whole through the door and says "HERREE'S JOHNNY!" so if you havent seen the movie, you've deffinetly heard that line before! Its a great movie, A CLASSIC watch it!!!!!!!!

Benjamin Button

#11 best movie

Benjamin Button is a great movie about a man named Benjamin Button who is born an old man and goes through his whole life and dies as a baby, so basicly he is the oposit of a normal human bieng, In the movie it shows all the difficultie's of being different then everyone else, his whole life he could never have friends his own age cause he always looked the opposit of his real age except for ofcourse in the middle of his life where he was right and not different for once in his life he is normal, he also falls inlove with a women that he met as a "young child" and she new he was a little different but she was the only person who excepted him as a person, they meet later on in life get married and spend all the time in the world together for as long as possible and at the end of the movie when hes a baby and doesnt know whats going on anymore she is still there for him and takes care of him for years until he dies its a very sad story but they're are also a lot of happy parts, not to mantion when Brad Pitt is in the years where he looks to be 20 how good looking he is ;)

The Sound of Music

The Sound of Music has been one of my favourit movies for most of my life, it was introduced to me by my mother who's favourit movie is actually The Sound of Music. This movie is about a nun who decides to take a break from being a nun to go nanny for a bunch of little kids, when she arrives she see's how misbehaved the children are and how they do not listen to any one but they eventually warm up to her and one night during a thunder storm they all run into her room and she realizes that they finally like her and are comfortable with her, and she starts singing a song one of my favourit songs in the movie Rain Drops On Roses.

This movie has the perfect amount of Romance, Action, and Comedy combined into one movie, its a great movie.

Coraline

#9 best movie

This movie i actually only watched because of my little brother, he loves this movie and one night i decided to watch it with him while i was babysitting him and i fell in love with it and it is probably one of my favourit movies of all time its about a little girl who lives in this really old pink house, with some very odd neighbours and parents that dont really give her any attention, one night she found this door and decided to go inside it and when she reached the other side it was the same house but her parents weren`t there but her ''other parents'' were and her neighbours werent so odd anymore and everything was exactly how she wanted it to be, until she gets her other mother mad and she would in really big trouble and she found out it wasnt exactly as perfect as she thought, in the end she defeats the other mother and gets to go back home. This movie is great WATCH IT!

NIghtmare Before Christmas

The nightmare before christmas has been one of my favourit movies since i was little, every night i would watch this movie before i went to bed no matter what time of year it was. I try to make my little brother watch this movie all the time but he will never seem to get into it, i think he`s scared of it LOL. but anyway this movie is about a town with a bunch of evil creatures that love halloween but there is one character, the main character who doesnt really like halloween and finds a whole to go to the northpole and he sees all the snow and santa, all the elves and all the toys sand presents and he falls inlove with it, but he runs into some trouble when the people in the town find out and dont like it. i absolutly adore this movie and would recomend it to all ages.
